Davison's Camp
Hwange, Zimbabwe
Nestled discreetly beneath a grove of false mopane trees, Davison's Camp is located in the private Linkwasha Concession - one of the most prolific wildlife areas in Hwange National Park. The camp overlooks an open plain and a waterhole that is a favourite drinking spot for elephant, buffalo, and predators.
Hwange's mix of different veld and landscape types means that game viewing is productive year round. Wildlife frequently encountered includes lion, large herds of elephant, buffalo, cheetah, leopard, spotted hyaena, giraffe, sable, roan, blue wildebeest, impala, waterbuck and reedbuck.
