This seven-day itinerary explores the best of what Cape Town offers. Even seasoned travelers will marvel at the magnificeint hotels, pristine scenery, white sand beaches, winelands, cultural visits to shanty towns and culinary delights.

This itinerary is the perfect add-on for any business traveler, returning guest or a first timer that want to explore the Cape Peninsula as a standalone itinerary or combine it with a South African Safari experience!

The journey begins in the beautiful city of Cape Town, where on arrival at Cape Town International Airport, guests will be met by their local English-speaking guide who will assist you to your luxury vehicle for your transfer to your hotel , situated in the famous Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.

The V&A Waterfront is a 123-hectare mixed-use development, which caters to both local and international visitors. The property boats everything from residential to commercial property, hotels, retail districts, extensive dining, leisure and entertainment facilities. Its many heritage sites and tourism landmarks make it both exceptional and unique, as does the recently opened Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA), which hosts the world’s largest collection of contemporary African art.

During the next five days, guests will be wowed by the many tours this program offers. Take a trip up Table Mountain to enjoy the most outstanding panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see. Visit a penguin colony thriving without any help from humans in their natural environment. Take a Fannicular (monorail) ride to the top of Cape Point to stand at the Southernmost tip of Africa- believed to be where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. Cellar tours and winetasting are on offer on your full-day Cape Winelands tour as are visits to the picturesque towns of Franschhoek, Paarl and Stellenbosh, which house some of the worlds most renowned wine estates. Drive down tree lined streets and get a glimpse of a by-gone area when the Dutch and British once occupied the Cape in colonial times. Last but not least, guests will venture to one of Cape Town/s most notorious shanty towns (informal settlements), to witness first-hand the poverty and hardships that many South Africans still face, even after Apartheid was demolished. 25 years on and many still have no running water or electricity, but not all is doom and gloom - see the amazing spirit of the African people, self -made entrepreneurs selling their wares to make a living. Meet the people of Africa and be amazed at their hospitality and kindness no matter their stations in life!

A day of leisure has been built into this itinerary so guests can customize this trip to ensure they get to see everything on their bucket list or simply relax at the hotel and enjoy all the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront has to offer.   1. Day 1 Cape Town

    Upon arrival in Cape Town at Cape Town International Airport, guests will be met by their local English – speaking guide who will assist you to your luxury vehicle for your transfer to your hotel at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront

  2. Day 2 Cape Town/ Full day Peninsula Tour including lunch

    After breakfast, guests will depart the hotel for a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Take a drive through the charming and picturesque coastal towns of the Cape and enjoy spectacular views from the world-famous Chapman's Peak pass. Visit the charismatic penguins at Boulders Beach, and look out for Cape Fur Seals on Duiker Island. Don't forget to look for southern right whales and explore Table Mountain National Park in search of wildlife (both on land and in the air!) Marvel at the stunning scenery of Kirstenbosch Gardens and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

  3. Day 3 Cape Town/Full Day Winelands

    After breakfast, guests will depart for a full day of touring the Cape Winelands Region.. Take a ride on the revolving cable car and ascend to the top of Table Mountain to enjoy stunning views of the city and peninsula below. Enjoy delicious wine tastings in the Boland region, at some of the most beautiful wine estates in the world, and explore the charismatic towns of Stellenbosch and Franschoek which are rich in history, culture and culinary delights! Relax over lunch at one of the many award-winning local restaurants.

  4. Day 4 Cape Town Full Day at leisure

    Our qualified professional consultants will assist you with various options that will exceed your expectations. We offer walking tours, cycling tours, trips to local beaches culinary tours, and for the more adventure enthusiasts shark cage diving, kayaking and jet boating activities.

    Vehicle and driver are included this day. However all entrance fees and lunch are excluded.

  5. Day 5 Cape Town / Cultural Tour

    Today you will get the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich history and culture that is South Africa!

    Travel to the old Cape Malay Quarter, for a walk through the Company Gardens, a fresh produce garden for ships and locals in the mid-17th Century, and now home to the SA Museum, Houses of Parliament, National Gallery and St. George’s Cathedral.

    Stroll through the city to Greenmarket Square, where you can browse the bustling market stalls for beautiful and unique African mementos. From there drive to the Castle, South Africa’s oldest building, with its formidable collection of Old Cape paintings. Take in the nearby Grand Parade, where Nelson Mandela addressed the nation on his release in 1990, and then move on to the District Six Museum, which showcases the colorful life of this legendary suburb and the forced relocation of its residents during the Apartheid era.

    Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading into Khayelitsha, one of South Africa’s largest townships.

    After lunch we visit the Iliso Care Society where we meet the staff and gain an insight into the lives they touch each and every day with their humanitarian efforts.

    Established in 2005 in Khayelitsha on the Cape Flats, Iliso began as a soup kitchen serving daily meals to hundreds of residents. The project has since expanded and offers a range of services to the local community.

  6. Day 6 Cape Town International Airport
